...probably very good. You have a sense of purpose, your priorities are clear, and you know what your goals are. Decisions are made rapidly (and once), sufficient resources are available to implement the decisions that are made, and the right performance and behavior is rewarded. Teams collaborate across functions and are staffed with talented coworkers. Monday mornings are OK, sometimes you even look forward to them.
